Cadets of the Month

Please help us congratulate the two cadets in White County JROTC who were selected as the Cadet of the Month for March 2025: Cadet Corporal Jonathan Martin, who is in his first year of JROTC and in Charlie Company, and Cadet First Sergeant Caden Shockley, who is in his second year of JROTC and from Alpha Company. This honor is a very important award for JROTC. It also allows each student to compete in the final Cadet of the Year Award in April 2025.

In order to compete, both cadets were selected by their leadership team in their class. This is based on their leadership ability, motivation, their enthusiasm of the program, and most importantly, their academic success in all their classes outside JROTC. Without a doubt, these two cadets exhibited the Army Values or Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage necessary to excel in the JROTC program.
